LAVORO was founded on October 6, 2023, after our founder, William Montoya, experienced a career setback following the conclusion of the COVID-19 era after 10 years of Recruiting and Human Resources experience.
What started as a personal turning point became a professional mission tied to faith in service:
to connect with people — and to connect the right people.
